Photographymeadowz is a licensed real estate agency operating in Recife, Pernambuco. We work with individual buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors across the residential market — from compact studio apartments to multi-unit residential buildings. Our core services are property sales representation, rental management, formal property valuations, and investor consulting. We do not operate shopping centres, commercial warehouses, or agricultural land. Our geographic focus is metropolitan Recife and the Região Metropolitana do Recife. If a transaction falls outside that area, we say so clearly and do not take the mandate. Our team of five licensed brokers and one valuation specialist covers around 40 to 60 active client relationships at any given time — a deliberate cap that ensures no file gets handled by someone unfamiliar with the details.
